I like reading, watching movies, playing PC games, and having conversations that run for upwards of an hour and cover everything from favorite lines in movies to why there should be an interscholastic Calvinball league (Yes, that Calvinball). I've been told that I'm a pretty funny guy, but it seems my jokes either hit home or go right over peoples heads.
Once I get out of the academy, I'll take my comission as an Ensign in the Coast Guard and go to the fleet, either as a pilot or a deck watch officer on a cutter. I hope to see the world courtesy of Uncle Sam, even though we aren't really doing much in the nice parts of the world. (France, Germany, England, etc. aren't really the crisis zones anymore.) I really want to do this out of a desire to make a difference in the world, and pay back the debt that I feel I owe to this country.

I'm always up for something outdoors. Whether it be hanging out at the beach or playing in the rain. I grew up loving the outdoors and have a huge respect for nature. It's like I'm superman and the sun gives me energy.

Well, first I suppose I'll start with the two most important things to me. My kids, I have a 5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. They are the two things in my life that are most precious to me.

What do I do for fun? Most of my free time I spend playing video games, because they are cheap, easy and fun. I'd much rather go out hiking in the woods or to parks and the outdoors in general. I'm a big nature nut. I like to get out and just take in the natural beauty around me. The occasional beer is more than enough for me. I'm not a video game person or really a tv person. Maybe on a rainy day I could watch HGTV or DIY...or a Yankees game. Other than that I can't see being indoors. I run, but I hate it! I like people who motivate me and challenge me. I have great friends and am just looking to meet some new ones.

Born and raised in southern California. I'm in Connecticut because I'm getting more schooling to do my job in the Navy. I am new to the northeast part of the US so I'm trying to meet new people. Anyways I would love to meet or befriend you so don't be shy to get to know me better.

I'm enlisted in the navy...yeah. I spend a lot of time on the internet, usually reading political and foreign policy newsfeeds or listening to certain liberal radio stations (!!!). I enjoy any sport involving a racquet or frisbee, and most kinds of post-punk/indie/electronica. Also: bar hopping.

Im definitely not your typical football watching american consumer male. Also not a brainiac relentless over achiever. Have you read The Fountainhead? I am a little like Howard Roark; individualist, standing out (just a bit) from the typical crowd. I often have people approach me saying "don't I know you from somewhere?"...not sure why that happens to be honest, but it happens A LOT for some reason; I think it may be because I have an approachable personality. I get along with all sorts of people, and I can strike up a meaningful conversation with anyone, anywhere...or if i choose, I can remain anonymous. I'm not moody or anything, but what I don't want is to be a walking talking routine.

When I'm not out there in the world meeting people, I enjoy working out and staying fit, also like to relax or traveling seeing new places, and I am a lifelong learner interested in knowledge about almost anything.

Not a big fan of watching tv, playing video games, etc. Would much rather go on a trip, have a memorable experience somewhere.

For fun and competition, I like playing poker; fun game with friends or people I don't know at the casino. May sound odd, but I sometimes listen to an audiobook on my iphone while playing cards at the table...otherwise it can be a little boring. I still don't understand why there are a couple of the worlds largest casinos in Uncasville, CT...

I'm a very laid back guy and very,very hard to make angry or even annoyed, I get along with everybody, like meeting new people even thought I'm a pretty shy guy, I was raised in a small town (total population 600) in Missouri by my mom so I've got a very healthy respect for women, I'm currently in the Navy and stationed in Groton for my schooling I'll be here for probably a little bit over a year until I get done then I'm hoping to either get stationed in Guam or Hawaii but I like it here too so I might just stay here. Other than that I'm close with my family and they're the most important thing in my life right now.

21 Y/O and enjoys going out and having some fun drinking times. Not much to do while in Groton, used to live in the bay area of California and was much better, kinda knew where everything was. But enough aboot that, i was in Charleston for damn near a year for Nuke training. And if you haven't guessed buy now i am in the Navy. I like tattoos and piercings, especially on women, i personally think it is hawt as shit when a girl has piercings that can be played with. I plan on getting more tattoos, but i have yet to come up with a new idea. Piercings on the other hand, i have to wait for when i get out of the military, stupid rules on piercings are rediculous.
