Mystic Carousel & Fun Center - (860) 572-9949

Mystic Carousel and Fun Center saved the day when a day at the beach turned into a washout. Lots of arcade games, skeeball, laser tag. There is even a rock wall climbing place in the back, which we ran out of time for. There is a suffucuent amount of employees, which is good when your game didn't give you tickets. A little on the dirty side, but it must be hard to keep up during the day.

This is such a fun place for family activities, better than Chuck E Cheese, because it appeals to all ages. Now with the laser tag area even the older kids, and us adults who think we are kids will have a great time. It has recently been redone and is now a much better and cleaner place to enjoy on a rainy day. There are many arcade style games, little kids rides, concession stands, ice cream parlor and of course the laser tag. The arena is dark but there is enough Black lighting to be able to see, all the obsticales are soft sided so it is not dangerous. It is nice to have this fun center for locals, and for tourist alike. Since it is a bit back from the tourist section, mostly locals take their children there, but they welcome all. It is a nice day out that will not break the bank, and something new for the tweens to try. PROS: Much nicer since renovation, now has laser tag CONS:

I wouldn't recomment this place at all. The prices may be better then Chucky Cheese, but they are rude, they hurry the party, and the place is just plain dirty.
